group classes
How it works
A host family hosts an art classes of about 8-10 kids somewhere in Utah County. (If you are interested in hosting and getting a hosting discount, reach out to me!) I travel to the host family home to hold the art class once a week for an hour for a semester long class.
Age range depends on the class, but typically ends up being in the range of ages 7-14. If you are wondering if your child is too young or old for the group class you are joining, reach out to me again.

What We Learn
In the class, I teach them principles of art and elements of design, such as value and color. We learn drawing techniques, painting techniques, do fun follow along projects, learn how to draw faces, and complete some finished pieces with little art history lessons thrown in the mix!
Pricing
I charge $70 per month, for an hour long class each week. If you have multiple children who would like to join, I give a sibling discount. For each additional sibling, I charge $35 per month. So if you have two children join, it would be $105 per month.
You can also pay per class if you don't think you will make it to every class. In that case, I charge $22 per class, and $11 per additional sibling.
There is a small supply fee at the beginning of the class, usually coming out to around $7-$15 dollars per kid. I buy the supplies at the beginng of the semester and split the cost between the families. I bring all supplies to each class.
About me
I've been teaching for 5+ years and have had over 40 students. I have a degree in Illustration from BYU and have won multiple art contests and participated in many renouned art shows. I am also a mother of a beautiful little girl and am expecting another baby next year! I believe that the world needs more people who can better apperciate the beauty all around us and I believe studying the arts in the best way to do this!
